Radin performs in a professional manner and with the highest ethical values.  We hire planners, engineers, scientists and construction personnel who bring their expertise and passion in the infrastructure industry to design and build projects.  We work with federal, state and local governments to improve mobility and build neighborhoods and communities while offering sustainable, environmental-friendly options and solutions.

Ms. Chitra Radin

President

Ms. Radin founded Radin Consulting, Inc. in 1998. She is responsible for the day-to-day functions and operations of the company. Chitra also manages business development, client relationships, budgets, schedule, quality control and the development of employees. With more than three decades of transportation experience, Chitra has worked on and managed key components of several high-profile, large transportation projects including Access the Region’s Core Project (THE Tunnel Project) (NJ/NY), Portal Bridge Replacement Project (NJ), Fulton Street Transit Center (NY) and South Ferry Terminal Station (NY).

Mr. Kam Tejwani

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Tejwani is experienced in managing both early stage and later stage growth companies, principally in the alternative energy and environmental sectors.  Mr. Tejwani has extensive experience in developing, implementing and operating projects and companies within this sector.

Mr. Tejwani has successfully led two publicly-traded companies (listed on the US national stock exchanges), with overall responsibility for business operations, budgeting and forecasting, mergers & acquisitions, SEC reporting, capital raising and interfacing with the financial community.

Mr. Alim Baycora

Senior VP, Civil/Structural Engineering

Mr. Baycora has over 38 years of experience in Program/Project Management for infrastructure and transportation projects, and Transportation Business Operations Management. Mr. Baycora possesses a strong record of accomplishment of delivering projects both in the United States and worldwide.  He has held senior management positions at large engineering firms and brings the key expertise required to help our clients design and build their transportation infrastructure. Mr. Baycora is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing our company’s engineering strategies, procedures, and goals.

Mr. John Kovar

VP, Engineer-in-Charge

Mr. Kovar is a Licensed Engineer (PE) and Certified Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) with over 25 years diverse experience in civil, traffic, and transportation disciplines, including a history of increasing roles of responsibility and a reputation for successful delivery of multi-facet engineering projects in the NY/NJ area. 

Mr. Kovar has managed all department aspects, including planning, design, scheduling, staffing, and quality control of highway improvement projects encompassing a wide range of engineering services, from preparing feasibility studies and alignment studies to the preparation of final

contract documents.

From addressing transportation system needs that improve public safety and quality of life to planning and designing projects that minimize environmental impact, Radin strives to improve the communities in which it operates. Radin extends that focus beyond our work to support needs and opportunities in all our office and project locations. Radin helps protect the environment and natural resources through the work that we do and through internal efforts. Our projects include various environmental planning and protection projects. We are continuously updating and improving our own internal sustainability protocols ranging from procurement decisions to building and technology improvements.
